We are sad to publish this bad comment due to the circumstance of having asked for the passports of the four people who stayed only one night in a quadruple room, so we charge less than € 13 per Person and night in the Only Accommodation Regime and with that amount they wanted In addition, Breakfast for 4 people and Underground parking for your rental car. Good Morning. We inform you that we are the cheapest hotel in the capital of the island, and we remind you that you are criticizing in an offensive way a room for which you paid € 28 a night. We offer services of superior category, such as free Wi-Fi, toiletries, 24-hour reception, free luggage storage ... We were at your disposal 24 hours a day, and if you had told us your comments about the room, we would have done our best to change it and improve your stay. Dear Guest, Indeed, Hotel Horizonte is a simple and affordable accommodation located in a side street in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.  Despite being the most economical of the City are valued at an intermediate position. We offer, in addition, free Wi-Fi in all rooms, which usually works perfectly as can be seen in the pages of opinion there on the Internet, we have 24 hour reception so we ask our customers, always leave the key at reception when leaving for safety. Do you imagine you've lost the key, with the key indicating the Hotel and room number ? Anyone could come into your room to mistreat your privacy. The room is cleaned every day from 10 to 15 hours. If the client doesn't want to be disturbed and doesn't go out of his room, of course, is not cleaned. Towels are changed every day if the customer follows the instructions in all bathrooms (to change the towels should be left in the ground). Many customers don't want to be changing towels daily by respect for the environment. Single rooms are for one person, double for two, triple for three. We don't allow a higher number of people staying at the stipulated for each type of room, safety and comfort of our customers. All our published photos correspond to the Hotel rooms and, in any case, are older than 3 years.
