Es un hotel enfocado sobretodo a familias, pero nosotros fuimos en pareja y bien. Se nota que es un hotel con calidad media baja para ser un barcelo. Sin embargo la relación calidad precio es muy buena ya que la estancia con todo incluido es realmente económica. El todo incluido es bastante limitado (pero como casi todos en canarias), la animación normalita y los shows bastante pobres. Sin embargo vas a estar bien durante toda la estancia, no hay mucha queja.

Mal hotel

Desastre de hotel, nos toco el edificio viejo, los ascensores se paraban muy a menudo quedándose la gente atrapada, limpieza inexistente, solo hacen las camas.Las sillas del comedor todas manchadas de restos de comida. Olor en zonas comunes a basura. Para salir a la calle trasera hay que cruzar una zona sucia del hotel, en el suelo y aceras rastros de vertido de líquidos procedentes de las bolsas de las basura que el personal arrastra por el peso. Presenciamos a los trabajadores discusiones entre ellos.Decir positivamente que la comida está bien,sabor,presentación y a mi entender suficiente variedad.

lovely comfy hotel

Pros: The room, the quiet nights and the entertainment staff

Location: We loved the black sand beach and found a great bureau opposite to book excursions. The island tour including Mount Tiede was great to see a differen
Just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Room was great, very quiet at night and the beds (including the sofa bed in the lounge which I slept on) were really comfy. The entertainment staff worked really hard and there was something for all ages. The food was fine, good variety but spoilt by some guests being absolute pigs and taking way more than they needed. It was replenished very quickly but there was no need for people to take eg, a whole pizza, leaving others having to wait. The pool bar food was great for snacks during the day. Sunbeds werent an issue for the first few days but did get bad by the end of the week and when we left at 7 am for a trip one day there were already beds reserved. . The wifi also wasnt great. The hotel was advertised as unlimited wifi but it didnt really reach our room and was often over loaded so we were unable to get on - fine for me but not ideal for 2 teenagers!!! Reception also needed more staff. There was often only 1 person on and if someone was checking in or had long queries there was often a long wait. However, they were very helpful when you did get to speak to them. They sorted out our problems with the safe and dodgy toilet very quickly

Surpassed my expectations.

This is a busy hotel and there is alot going on if you want to get involved. It is also possible to have a quiet, relaxing holiday here. As a female solo traveller, I appreciated being allocated a room in the main part of the building close to reception and the restaurant. I felt very comfortable.The staff were all so smart in clean white shirts, black trousers and every member of staff I met was helpful, polite and professional.The newly refurbished superior apartment was very good value for money.Breakfast can be busy but the food is plentiful and constantly being replenished and the restaurant staff work hard to keep everything flowing.The grounds staff were also constantly working on cleaning and painting and keeping everything ship shape. Well done to the Varadero team. My only small gripe is that I don't like wearing the wristband put on at check in. Take a large cheap bangle to wear that will cover it when you are out and about in Tenerife.

En general hotel está muy bien a excepción de los espectáculos que no pudimos ver ya que el espacio es pequeño y lleno de columnas que impide ver además de la gente se que queda de pie y deberían de tener toallas para dar a sus cliente en concepto de fianza ya que se nos quedaron olvidadas

La estancia genial. Hacía muchos años que no estaba y la verdad han mejorado para bien. Mucha variedad y rápida reposición en buffets, comida muy buena, atención excelente, ¡ninguna queja!

Hôtel sympathique mais service de la restauration style grosse cantine Le cadre du restaurant était très triste comme dans une cave sans fenêtres de très belles piscines et personnelle très stressé beaucoup de travail

Vacanza mare e monti

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Animazione ok! Avrei gradito più cura del dettaglio ,tipo cambiare gli asciugamani più volte alla settimana e magari con soggiorni di 1settimana cambiare anche le lenzuola!!! Buffet ricco ma molto confusionale.carrelli che vanno e vengono. Non sempre la connessione wifi è presente.
