It was fantastic. Lovely place. The best personal. Cleaning, the food, the pool and all the neighbours was the best. Thank you so much for everything! Also cool to be back in the 80s, with some cool furniture and stuff.

We loved the position of the property with sea views We loved the food and exquisite special menu on New yrs Eve We loved the staff from maintenance to front desk, their very helpful and pleasing manner, hard working to ensure the comfort of their guests, especially Susanna Cori, Massages were lovely. Ideal place for relaxation and for hiking,surfing, Not for nightlife,shopping or bars.

Lamentablemente no me ha gustado la habitación que me han dado, es una habitación al costado de la recepción, la ventana ni siwuiera tiene un block out en la ventana.

Good quality hotel
Staff very helpful, good bus service outside hotel and salt water swimming pool. Apartments have a kitchen but no gas for actual cooking, however the hotel restaurant is excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is cosy as well as efficient. The hotel and grounds are tastefully low key and appealing. I especially enjoyed the well stocked library with it's interesting array of books for taking time out from hiking and sight seeing.

It’s a nice place to stay. It focusses on German pensionados. The beds are not to our liking with 2 single beds tied together. Breakfast is very good with ample options. The Wifi is very weak, with logins every time and very narrow bandwidth. The staff is first class and very supportive and friendly.

Back to the early charter travelling
You can really feel the 1970-ies during your stay. Still conformable and pleasant. Low buildings ans short distances makes it perfect for people who remembers the 70-ies.

SUPER HOTEL & GREAT LOCATION FOR A RELAXING BREAK
I found the Hotel Atlantis Park in Punta De Hidalgo superb and located in a great location for a relaxing break. The accommodation was clean with the hotel facilities outstanding, food top rate, staff were very courteous and professional. I can't wait to get back to the hotel.

Great vacation at a wonderful place
Spent a three-week holiday at Atlantis Park with my wife and son in august 2017. Great experience of the island with its landscapes, weather and people. The hotel is cosy, with very welcoming staff. We felt ourselves at home. Tilde, the hostess M, is just great. Should we come back to Tenerife, we will stay at Atlantis Park again!

Atlantis Park Hotel
I was glad that this area was quiet and very 'Spanish'. Hotel was lovely -geclean, quiet and good that one could get meals in the evening. Lots of lovely music and family activity during the fiesta- on the beach front. Fantastic local bus service using the 'bono card'. Very helpful staff at Laguna, Santa Cruz bus stations etc. Be aware that it's useful to speak basic German or Spanish in this area, as there are lots of German tourists -and the locals can usually speak German. However, I got by with my basic Spanish. Thanks to lovely Linda on Reception who spoke English and was so helpful to me --especially letting me stay late as I had a late flight. There's a steep hill to the usual bus stop -so you need to be averagely fit getting around.

We enjoyed our two day stay at Atlantis park.Our apt wasn't in the best position as it was above the kitchens and the resulting noise and near the on street bins which were emptied early evening or early morning.Its probably because we booked independently and the best apts were kept for the German TUI guests.The restaurant was lovely ,well run but with no hot food for breakfast.It caters predominantly for German guests. Lovely pool and gardens No microwave or toaster provided . Maybe things are available for hire but all information in German.

Excellent hotel and staff.
The hotel is a wonderful throw-back from the 70's with dark wood and brown/pink tiles but it is in excellent condition and the rooms are spacious. The staff are lovely and speak many languages. The food was good - even for me the vegetarian. The location was only a few minutes walk from the prom. The only thing was both the pools were cold, but it was February and it didn't put off everyone!

Very good value for money; present atmosphere
The hotel is somewhat quaint and showing its age but the rooms are spacious (more like apartments, hence the name); the WiFi is ok; the pool looks impressive. The staff were exceedingly friendly and the price is unbeatable. Note that the menu and working language of the hotel is German.

Hübsche kleine Apartmentanlage mit Pool und Restaurant. Die Apartments sind recht geräumig und ruhig. Auch Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen. Trotz vorhandener Küche im Apartment ist eine Selbstversorgung nicht möglich, weil außer einem Kühlschrank keine Einrichtung vorhanden ist. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Super endroit piur un moment de détente
Jolie residence avec un personnel charmant et avenant, dotée d'une superbe piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très bien et la cuisine excellente. Par ailleurs la residence est située à 200m de la plage et des piscines naturelles.

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Atlantis Park zu Gast und mit großer Freude haben wir festgestellt ,dass ein neues Konzept umgesetzt wurde. Neues Frühstücksangebot ,neue Speisekarte und leckere Speisen im Restaurant den ganzen Tag über. Es wurde/wird im gesamten Hotel renoviert und modernisiert! Wir freuen uns sehr über die positive Entwicklung und hoffen, noch sehr oft dort Urlaub machen zu können!
