We were welcomed by Ruth who showed us to our room, she then made us coffee with home made scones which we had in the grounds of the beautiful period property, it was clean, welcoming and cosy the breakfast was incredibly tasty and we didn’t want for anything ... our room was comfortable and fresh ...

Lovely stay in a lovely hotel. High quality food at both evening meal and at breakfast, rooms are spotlessly clean and of a high standard, very well maintained. Quiet location and wifi is excellent (50Mb+)

The property is a quaint old village pub and that is the heart and centre of its appeal. Staff and welcome was absolutely first rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

You are staying in a pub so expect some noise. But the staff make up for it great staff runs like a well oiled machine I would defiantly stay there again

An wonderful place to spend the night. Judy was a fantastic host and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities were excellent, very clean and lovely small touches made our stay perfect.
