Good Location in Temuco
The hotel was perfectly fine for South American standards. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent'! Banks are at the corner and it is near several eateries.

Nice, great breakfast
Nice, Chilean run hotel near the central plaza. The buffet breakfast was great with tons of options including fruit, meats, eggs, etc.

hotel sin estacionamiento!!!!
Bien en general pero me decía la oferta que había estacionamiento al frente en el otro hotel frontera pero todos los estacionamientos del hotel estaban ocupados si que tuvimos que pagar por guardar el auto

Estimada, buen día Agradecemos su comentario que sin duda nos alienta a mejorar. Respecto al estacionamiento, en las paginas de Internet indica que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento ya que al tener espacios limitados no podemos asegurar un cupo gratuito a todos nuestros huéspedes, sin embargo está la alternativa que puedan estacionar en los lugares consecionados que son gratuitos entre las 20:00 y las 09:00 hrs. Gracias por dejarnos sus apreciaciones.

Bueno en general. Desayuno austero.
Un lugar muy agradable para pasar las noches. Cumple con las expectativas de quienes buscan un lugar limpio, agradable y cómodo. Lo malo, su desayuno tiene muy poca variedad.

Hotel bien ubicado comoda la parte mas antigua
Al principio fue muy mala puesto que nuestra habitacion estaba al lado del ascensor y no nos pudieron cambiar Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron al edificio antiguo y ahi fue mejor El ascensor a pesar de haber sido revisado el 2 del 2 2017 tiene un ruido ensordecedor que no te deja dormir

Deficiencias equipamiento pero muy buen desayuno
La habitación non contaba con secador de pelo y tampoco el hotel tenía uno para proporcionar, por lo que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a uno que lo tuviera. Esta nueva habitación no tenía frigobar, por lo que terminaron trayéndome el que tenía la habitación anterior.

hotel, con camas llenas de hoyos, tv. demasiado chica y se escucha mal, sin directorio de teléfonos, ademas no pude dormir el viernes ya que había una fiesta en el hotel con ruido hasta las tres de la mañana, la ducha corre un hilo de agua.

NUNCA RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL

난방이 안되어서 춥다는 후기를 보고도 이 호텔을 선택한 건 실수였습니다.. 정말 추웠어요.. 라디에이터는 장식일 뿐... 식당의 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 숙박은 다른 데서 하시고 여긴 밥먹으러 가세요.

Hotel no respeta precio señalado en el voucher
No me pareció bien que el Hotel me aplicara impuestos por sobre el precio señalado en el voucher, el cual decía que el Hotel me cobraría un total de USD 188 por 2 noches, no entiendo que a ese monto no se haya respetado. Fue muy desagradable la discusión por ese concepto. Por ello puedo calificar mi estadía como mala y no volveré a este hotel.
