My wife & I used this hotel two different nights on a road trip from Santiago to Argentina & back. While a few miles off the carretera, the hotel is quiet, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was very responsive and professional to our questions and requests. The only downside for us was lack of evening dining in and around the hotel, but we discovered a very good restaurant closer to downtown called "Mercato." Surprisingly good pastas.

I noticed improvements. I was placed in a quiet room with isolated windows, the a/c unit run perfectly with constant fan which I like. Firm and soft pillows to choose. Even I was called respectfully by my name at the front desk! Definitely this hotel is re-gaining my confidence.

Necesitan aislación acústica
Deberían instalar ventanas termopanel con buen nivel de aislación acústica. Estuvimos en una habitación en dónde llegaba el ruido de karaoke de un bar que está próximo. En limpieza todo bien excepto el olor a orina en la taza del baño que además estaba manchada con la orina. El colchón un poco duro pero entiendo que es cosa de gustos. La amabilidad muy bien. Nos cambiaron a una habitación un poco menos ruidosa y eso se agradece.

Early phone call and taxes
They called me while driving to the hotel to ask my arrival time. I don't know the reason for this since I paid in advance. I was pushed to pay the tax immediately instead of at the check out that is what I do in other hotels where I pay along with restaurant tickets. Otherwise, the hotel room is quiet and I liked it.

360/5000 Upon check-in they told me they were going to charge my credit card $ 50.00 for security and if I did not consume anything they would return it to me when checking out. I did NOT consume ANYTHING and when checking out I had to claim the refund ... I was given proof that it had been done however, 24 hours later THAT RETURN DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD

Property was well kept. . The air conditioning was not working properly so we were moved to a different room. The biggest issue was there were no restaurants near the area.

Excellent stay!
The staff was super friendly and informative, as we were unsure what was happening in the rest of the country due to the riots throughout. We had booked a bus to Santiago, that was in turn cancelled, so we had to stay here in an emergency situation. The food was quite good and the hot tub was relaxing.

I love this place. I stay when I travel between santiago and puerto varas. I am tired from traveling when I arrive and I always get a nice welcome from the friendly and professional staff and a good night of sleep before continuing on my travels. Good wifi, water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. Super clean and soft bed linens.

Journey break on Ruta 5.
A perfectly placed hotel to break a long journey up the Panamericano Ruta 5. Clean and cool on a 40 degree day. Staff very helpful and understanding with an alarm problem on my hire car. Pool looked nice though I didn't try it. Evening food OK, breakfast good.

On the road in Argentina
Staff was great! A nearby mall provided a nice walk and a little shopping. Pop-up children's fair in the mall parking lot was crazy fun!

This is an attractive well-run hotel. The room is good-size and very comfortable The common areas (lobby, outdoor pool, breakfast area) are attractive. The staff was very professional and attentive. We chose the hotel for an overnight stay before a flight the next morning. The hotel was not as close to the airport as I had expected.

Nice hotel in north Temuco
The hotel is in northern Temuco outside the downtown area. It works best when you are heading outside of Temuco and arriving from the north. If you are coming from the airport, it is probably better to look for a hotel near your final destination.

Good hotel in north Temuco
I arrived to the hotel after a series of long international flights. I received excellent attention when I arrived--fast, clear and informative. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine. We headed off early in the morning.

Nice breakfast offerings. Smaller hotel. Not very helpful in getting lost luggage from the airport . Everything else was fine.

Needed ilast minute overnight. This hotel was as excellent if not better than any US holiday inn . A bed away from home. We had a car and it was a short drive to el centro and restaurants. Well worth it. There is no need to stay in the center anyway. The pool inviting . The hotel books up during high season. We were last room to get in and on our return it was fully booked.

Pleasantly surprised.
This hotel is managed in an outstanding way. Staff was super friendly and everything about my stay was just a delight. I was very pleasantly surprised. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town and there were not many options for me to walk to a restaurant. But still, loved my stay here.

One night stay after a 9 hour bus trip. Was a great hotel with everything we needed. Clean, resourceful and the breakfast was free and very good. Am returning again for another night whilst in transit.

Wish there was a restaurant on site, but otherwise wouldn't change anything. Service is always great, rooms aren't fancy but are clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

We just needed a place to stay for our last night on our way back to the airport, so we weren't looking for anything more than a good night of sleep. The hotel staff was very nice, check-in/check-out was a breeze, the room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Good comfortable hotel.
We stayed in this hotel when we visited Temuco for business. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Internet is good and printing and scanning facilities are available 24 hours, which becomes handy when you are there for business. Gymnasium is good and clean. Food options were very limited, we would have liked to have the option to buy a piece of fruit like banana or some fresh vegetables instead of chips, salted peanuts, etc.
