"I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic."

"We stayed at this hotel for 11 days during a baseball tournament, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived late and received little information at check-in. Our room had soaking wet carpets from being cleaned just before arrival, with a large fan running. The next day, a strong chemical smell had been added to mask the odor. We were moved rooms the following day, but the new room smelled strongly of smoke and felt very stale—we had to buy air fresheners just to make it tolerable. There were multiple unresolved maintenance issues: inconsistent air conditioning during very hot weather, no reliable cold water, and a TV that never worked despite a repair attempt. We were also told housekeeping was not provided for stays under 14 days, meaning we had to take out our own garbage and exchange towels at the front desk. At checkout, I waited at the desk only to find the staff member outside smoking instead of assisting guests. Additionally, the hotel had a large number of grasshoppers throughout the entrance, hallways, and stairwells. Overall, while staff responded when approached, the condition of the rooms and lack of resolution made for a frustrating stay."

"The shuttle driver was unfriendly and not welcoming. We had two rooms and neither shower worked well. Attention to detail lacking: The shower had an open, used bar of soap and there was garbage on bathroom counter. The bed was made with flat sheet sideways. The towels did not seem clean. The hotel is tired and worn. On the upside, the front desk clerk was nice. "

"Alot if money has been spent t9 give the mitel a new look. However they forgot to change out the mattresses. Beds were very uncomfortable. Could barely walk the next day. And was not told while making the reservation there would be an additional $120 worth of fees and deposits ontop of the resevarion cost. Also no fuides as to what the cannels were on the tv. And ni where in the shower to place the complementary soap while showering. "
