Whole hotel needs to be redone and the staff isn't very responsive when you need something. I got the vibe I am here to serve myself and them!!!

DON'T BOTHER ASKING FOR A NON -SMOKING ROOM. THEY WILL JUST SPRAY IT. AND SAY HERE YOU GO. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE, EVERY NOSE, FROM YOU'R NEIGHBORS UNITS. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. THE HOMELESS ARE LINVING IN THE BUSSES BEHIND THE PARKING LOT, CARS PLAYING THEIR MUSIC AT ALL TIMES DAY OR NIGHT. TO TOP OFF SOMEONE PULLED THE FIRE ALARM AROUND 4AM. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Young lady Corinne was amazing and efficient hope she gets a promotion or a raise I’ll be calling every day till she gets a positive incentive for her hard work and very out of this world positive attitude and patience she deserves something and I’ll be happy to to. Property is clean and quiet. The housekeepers are kind and sweet. The front desk women are helpful and friendly. It is a clean and quiet place compared to most motel 6's I have been to. Only down side is you have to pay extra for a fridge and you dont get a microwave. They only have a community microwave in the laundry / ice room.

Family of kids upstairs, walking around at all hours. Only there one night but I won't ever stay in a motel again. Wasn't worth complaining as you get what you pay for.

I loved the location, walking distance to old town Temecula. The room is small, no mini fridge. The beds are small but we where here only one night.

The staff is awesome and Angie is very on top of the reservations. Had me checked in under 2 minutes. Information thorough n accurate. My stay was ugly last 2 nights, neighbors in 129 were fighting with 2 daughters crying, cops, etc.That sucked.

I mean, it’s motel 6. But the area was non smoking. Room smelt like smoke. For some reason the bed sheets made me feel itchy. I would say spend $40 to stay at the best western down the street.

Electric plug next to bed doesn’t work unless the light switch is also on. So couldn’t use my sleep machine unless I wanted to sleep with the light on….

Horrible hotel. Dog barking in the next room for hours at night. Called front desk twice to complain about the noise and they did nothing about it. HORRIBLE customer service. Night clerk is useless and didnt care. Will NEVER stay here again and recommend nobody else do so of they want to get a good night sleep.
