It was an okay place. Wouldn't be my first choice but wouldn't be my last. Room (single queen) was very tight, especially the bathroom.

No so "Ski in and ski out"

Pros: Location and that it has a shuttle service.
Cons: Restaurant staff.
This Hotel is located on the ski village of Telluride. That means that it is not in town. The village and the town are far away but are connected through a gondola which takes about 15-20 minutes. I stayed here because I read it was ski in and out. The reality is that it was not! Depending on snow condition this property might be ski in and out ( about 5 min walk from your room) but when getting there I realize it is not. At least for the duration of ski season 2017-2018 is not due to they said "poor snow conditions" Same thing with the mountain itself. Halve of the mountain was shut down due to poor snow conditions..

Early morning at 7:00am in 4009 I hopped into a shower only to discover the water was ice cold and would not warm up. I called and reported the issue to the front desk to be told an engineer would not be able to arrive/check the problem until 8:00am. I asked again if there was anyway someone could come check to see if the pilot flame was lit on the hot water heater...was told a bellman would be sent down to check. Called again after hearing nothing by 8:30. Was told the engineers were tending to the issue and she would send someone to my room immediately. No staff ever arrived at our room, and there was no update or return phone call to our room. The water finally began to run warm at 10:00am upon checkout. I still hadn't been contacted or updated on the status of the problem and asked upon checkout for a note to be made I'd like to speak to a manager about our experience. Our parking fee of $20 was waived and pet fee of $50 was reduced to $25. This was 'all they could do' for the inconvenience.

I was told by the front desk that they personally picked out my room for me and it was an excellent room. When I got there, it was right next to the elevator and front entrance which was disappointing. I could hear the elevator every time it moved and every time people were talking while walking by my room.

Great Ski in Ski out cabin with great view

Great cabin next to ski lane, free bus shuttle to take you to the market, gondola and Heritage Plaza. Great view!!

Everything as amazing when it came to the stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were cozy and made you feel at home in the mountains.

Everything was great but it’s little expensive and there was no complimentary break fast which is the worst thing and food is also expensive at the hotel.

room is very small, so is the bed, suppose to be a queen bed, but looks like a twin. after 7pm, only a kid(employee's children) at the service counter. Hotel's entrance is very narrow.
