Early morning at 7:00am in 4009 I hopped into a shower only to discover the water was ice cold and would not warm up. I called and reported the issue to the front desk to be told an engineer would not be able to arrive/check the problem until 8:00am. I asked again if there was anyway someone could come check to see if the pilot flame was lit on the hot water heater...was told a bellman would be sent down to check. Called again after hearing nothing by 8:30. Was told the engineers were tending to the issue and she would send someone to my room immediately. No staff ever arrived at our room, and there was no update or return phone call to our room. The water finally began to run warm at 10:00am upon checkout. I still hadn't been contacted or updated on the status of the problem and asked upon checkout for a note to be made I'd like to speak to a manager about our experience. Our parking fee of $20 was waived and pet fee of $50 was reduced to $25. This was 'all they could do' for the inconvenience.
