Weekend in Telluride

Pros: Rooms, lobby and music provided.
Cons: Should include breakfast as part of the rate (separate now)
Great time, and great weather in charming Telluride

Nice Hotel, close to everything

You feel at home, nice room, in the lobby you have sofas in front of the chimney, you have a big table, board games, everything you need. Also close to everything like restaurants, mini supermarket, etc. Nice place to stay

Pros: Everything but the Shampoo
Location: Location was perfect. 3 blokes to Gondola, 2 blocks to shopping and eats, and across street from grocery market
Its not the Ritz and its not Budget Inn what it is, is authentic Telluride!! I love this place. It has exactly what you need and its so comfortable to be there. Beautiful, quant hotel. I could live in this placel. No kidding. All the staff were so friendly and efficient. Seemed as if they all loved working here and I genuinely think they did. Not bragging but we can stay where we want and when we come back, the availability at Hotel Telluride will be a determining factor on our return dates. Appropriately named! Keep up the great work. I've never written such a review but I was just so impressed. I hate to let out "My Hotel Telluride Secret" but these folks deserve it.

I've stayed here a hanful of times and love the comfort and amenities of the lovely Hotel Telluride!!!!So my most recent stay was the first bad experience....:( Cups in cupboard were unclean, not just dirty, but FILTHY( I wouldn't put my toilet brush in one .) I love that they provide a dehumidifier in each room, however, this time ours had a substantial white substance splattered on the inside of the water tank - can't imagine what it could be.... gross. Staff fixed it quickly when called. Furthermore, the hot tub was cloudy and when you turn on the waterfall feature a horrid stench accompanies it. It needs to be cycled more often and maintained on a daily basis. Finally, the control panel of the hottie is difficult to operate unless you are familiar with that brand. Love the gym,hot tubs, the complimentary coffee, tea etc., in-town shuttle,cruiser bikes, Super-comfy beds, and spacious and cozy rooms with great amenities. The aforementioned are rare and minor inconveniences- the hotel telluride is a magnificent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort and a bit of luxury. They are usually 100% on point. The only reason I left unhappy was because of the checkout process. This was the part of my stay where it could've all been made better. I didn't want anything from the hotel Telluride but some kind words, acknowledgment, and apologies would've been great.

1st time to Telluride!

Pros: closeness to slopes and town in room features like fridge and microwave great linens
Location: location is at the end of town but an enjoyable walk to dinner/drinks and gondola.
We booked the Hotel Telluride because of it's location, guest amentities and price. It was just the right fit for us! The SUV was always available or just a few minutes wait away...we really enjoyed taking the shuttle to the slopes in the am! The drivers were very friendly and always helped to share their favorite runs and slopes. The bed was outstanding and we rested well every night. Very minimal hallway noise too. We really enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave as well. The grocery store is right around the corner so it helped to keep our morning breakfast costs down by eating in the room. The afternoon cookies were a hit and great to come off the slopes to a sweet. Would recommend and happily book another trip to Telluride and would stay at Hotel Telluride!

Standard ski hotel

Comfortable rooms but overall guest experience left something to be desired - for a four star hotel, the amenities are limited and the overall service is on the shallow side. A good example is the bar - shuts early and always with no atmosphere. Shuttle service to and from the gondola is great and raised the overall rating.

Cons: Improved list of restaurants that deliver for the benefit of the walking wounded
We spent our first vacation in 2 years in Telluride and chose to stay at Hotel Telluride. Everything was fantastic. Note that there is no room service, but hey, it's a small hotel and the restaurant is great. Great views, two hot tubs, decent gym. Beds and down comforters are super comfortable, which is especially appreciated after getting beat up by gravity on the mountain the first day out. A++ would stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Wonderful atmosphere and conveniently located in Telluride. Hotel shuttle was a great plus to trip (though we did have an issue one cold night where we had to walk back after waiting for 30 minutes for shuttle only to find van parked at hotel with driver inside.) Room was comfortable and warm, staff consistently friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
