The place stank of cigarettes from day 1 till we left, likely a tenant decided to light up a pack of Parliaments before our stay. We emailed and called Vacasa, who runs the property and got no answer from them. The bed is double, so it is small and leans towards the head, making your rest tough. Be aware the only condiments available are salt and pepper. The living room is overlooking a stream and you can get a glimpse of the lower part of the mountain between the houses in front. The location is very good - a few blocks away from the gondola and the town center, a block from the Clark’s grocery store. There is a great Thai place (Siam) right by it. Parking is indeed tight, on a few occasions we had to park on Colorado street, there are a few spots that accept the same pass you will find in the apartment. On the other side of Colorado street there is also free parking from 6 pm to 8 am and 2 hours free parking after that - we did this once and moved the car the next morning. There is also the paid parking, but we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the first floor and not as bright as pictured (maybe brighter in the winter when the trees don’t have leaves and the snow is reflecting light), but we didn’t stay much indoors anyway.
