Hotel good location

Posted 17-Jul-2017
The hotel is in a good location to all sights but the hotel itself is I need of a refurb. The rooms are small and the bathroom cramped with hardly and clothes space. The breakfast is lacking. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning required

Posted 11-Jul-2017
On the whole the hotel was fine. BUT the rooms need air conditioning, we could only open the window by 1 inch on a very hot weekend. The reception, bar and restaurant were wonderfully cool thanks to the air con.

Friendly staff!

Posted 14-May-2017
Although a bit difficult to locate due to extensive road works in the area, the reception lady was very friendly and was able to give us a room on the ground floor. There is a gym and a pool but you need to get a special key from the reception desk for £1 which will give you access to a locker. We did not use either so can't comment on it. There is a restaurant on the premises, the menu is limited but adequate for a one-night stop over. Tea and coffee facility is provided, flat screen TV with remote control and you can open the window. Traffic did not disturb us as it was very light. Huge shopping centre across the road if you are so inclined.

disappointing stay at such a well known hotel.

Posted 10-May-2017
Pros: The location was convenient and the outside look of the hotel was appealing.
Cons: Staff communication. Bedroom appliances including constant hot water. Rules for noise levels as consideration for those sleeping needs to be given
Location: N/A
Hated my stay here at Ramada. Will never stay at one again. Overrated, expensive and staff are not qualified enough to treat customers properly and meet their needs. My bed was very uncomfortable and it was so cold.No hot water in the morning either. After several complaints there was no resolution or help to sort out my problem. The hotel was so unprofessional. The noise was worse then that at a club/ party, which continued to early hours in the morning.

Great hotel in a lovely location.

Posted 08-May-2017
Pros: Nice bar area, and a fantastic games room. We had a lovely view outside our ground floor window - the grounds of the hotel are very well kept.
Cons: Ramada are still charging for Wi-fi, if you are not a loyalty member.
Location: Great location, just off the motorway - far enough for any noise to be kept to a minimum. Telford Retail Park has great shops and eateries.
We were looking for a hotel with a gym and pool, that was close to eateries and shopping area. This was perfect, next door to the Telford Retail Park. A lovely hotel, great room and comfortable bed. We will be back!

Nice hotel close to many varied amenities

Posted 24-Apr-2017
Pros: The clean, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff.
Cons: Perhaps the shower curtain
Location: Good shopping experience and plenty of eating places
The welcome was warm, caring and informative. The rooms were light and airy and cleaned to a high standard. We spent a comfortable night there but next time we will stay longer and use more of the amenities on offer. All the staff we encountered were approachable and friendly.
