"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated having a kitchen and a large table, which gave us plenty of room to work on our laptops during our stay. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that could use more attention to detail. We found several dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets, including coffee cups with visible old coffee residue and silverware that had not been properly cleaned. To be safe, we ran everything through the dishwasher before using it. The shower was also disappointing. The water never got hot and stayed cold/ lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was very low, which made showering take longer than expected and not very comfortable. Overall, this wasn’t a bad stay, but for the price ($265 for one night), I expected a higher level of quality. I would recommend this hotel if you are able to find a good rate, but at this price point, it fell a bit short of expectations."

"Getting a good night sleep is my number one priority and this walkable studio was perfect. The ‘draw down’ queen sized bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, including the one I have at home. The next door neighbors were quiet and respectful. The second priority is location. This studio apartment is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown, as well as Auburn University. My husband and I on Sunday morning was able to take our morning coffee and walk through the arboretum at Auburn University. The third priority is outdoor living space. It has a lovely private space outside where we had crackers and cheese and beer. My husband and I do a lot of vrbos and our host Scott was at the top in terms of communication. Thank you! "

"We had a nice stay. The location of the property was great - could walk everywhere. It was a little bit noisy, but to be expected in the middle of the night scene of Auburn. Having an assigned parking space was nice: however someone was parked in our space. Luckily another was open, so we used it but I do wonder what would’ve happened if there hadn’t been an open spot. We reported it to the management company, but never did hear back. Clean place and had all the essentials. Beds and couch were not overly comfortable and the WiFi was out while we were there, but was fine for the one night we stayed. "

"The location of this property was excellent and very convenient, which is the main reason I chose to stay here. However, the condition of the room did not match the price we paid. The sheets and towels both had visible stains, which was disappointing and made the stay feel less clean than expected. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had paint peeling off, some of which even fell of and into my hair during my one and only shower there.For the amount charged, I expected the property to be much better maintained and for parking to be more than a partly paved lot with glass shards that later ruined my new set of tires while leaving. With such a great location, this place has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs some major updates and better housekeeping standards. I hope management takes steps to address these issues because the location alone could make it a great stay if the condition of the rooms improved."
