Although the hotel is built into a hospital and I believe is mainly used for hospital visitors, I prefer to stay at this hotel than surrounding hotels because of its quiet neighborhood and because this hotel gives a slightly more intimate feel. The friendly front desk attendants add to this feeling. I find that the hotel rooms are always exceptionally clean and have quality fixtures. The rooms I book tend to be on the smaller side, but that's because I always book the lowest cost room. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Tel Aviv-Savidor Center train station, which I prefer to use to get to and from Ben Gurion Airport. One could also easily get a taxi at the hotel. One fairly significant negative: the last two times I stayed at the hotel, I could hear significant noise from a neighboring room that made sleep difficult for a period of time.
