Great breakfast, but parking not included. Can find lot nearby anywhere from 80 to 100 Israeli shekels depending on proximity to hotel (or 60 shekels if you leave by 7am at the lot behind the hotel).

If you are looking for a small, boutique hotel - this is it. If you are looking for the large, typical hotel experience, you may want to stay at a bigger spot. PROS: - Location - awesome and a 5 min walk from the beach - Friendly staff - Tasty breakfast (and it's included in price) - Free 15 minute massage every day (AMAZING!) - Rooftop is awesome - and has a hammock! - Always tea, coffee, and cookies in the lobby if you need a pick me up - Affordable compared to many other hotels in the area CONS: - Rooms (at least 311) are VERY small. Ours was quiet, but have heard that some are not. - No conditioner in the shower. Speaking of shower...ours flooded every day and was never fixed (this is a major con) - If it's your first time in Tel Aviv, you may want the experience of a bigger hotel and their grand Israeli breakfasts Overall though, if small and friendly is what you are looking for - this is a great place to stay.

Lovely boutique hotel

Posted 21-Nov-2016 on Hotels
The Shalom is a very pleasant boutique hotel with personalized service. It is a very welcoming place with attention to guests, and is a great alternative to large nearby hotels. The room is a bit small, but well appointed and very comfortable. Nice restaurants are within a block or two, and the staff is most helpful in all regards. I will look forward to staying here again.

Best Hoter I have stayed in Israel.

My husband and I thought this boutique hotel was delightful with wonderful staff whose service went far beyond anything we have experienced in Israel and many other countries. After having a business meeting and ordering coffees, when we asked to pay for our guests we were told your guests are our guests. It's in a great position, lovely breakfast,a two hour happy hour plus a free 15 minute massage every day if you wanted it. Will definitely be going back.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The staff bent over backwards for our needs. Rooms were clean and they served a great breakfast. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Very home like environment, excellent seating area in the ground floor, excellent buffer and very thoughtful happy hour in the afternoon. Stuff is very helpful and attentive. Definetly will stay again in the future
