Had to spend an hour confirming with Hotels.com / Expedia that room had been pre-paid. The manager called the next day and said staff member was wrong and refund would be issued. Great problem solved, NEGATIVE! Like most people he had some excuse about it would take a few days. No problem, unfortunately a week later refund has not been issued. Have checked out and still do not have a refund. Horrible experience. Would not suggest this hotel. Most of the other staff was pretty nice and did a good job. This guy at check-in and manager ruined the rest of the experience. Pass on staying at this Hotel.
