Thanks to its construction with large window panes, many rooms in the cosy home offers amazing views of the ocean just meters from away. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a baby cot, a washing machine and a highchair. The highlight of the property is your beautiful, tiled terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and invites you to a long afternoon of sunbathing with an unforgettable view. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes is about 2.4 km or a 4-minute drive away in Guatiza. A playground for children, as well as the shimmering waters of the ocean are just 1-minute walking from your front door. A beautiful, sandy beach, Playa de los Charcos, awaits you about a 19-minute drive or 15 km away, where you can stretch out before the water and listen to the waves roll up on shore.
