Lovely clean complex with on site tapas bar and restaurant. 3 pools, 2 of which are heated October to March. Complex is on Playa Bastián beach so only a few minutes walk from apartment to beach. 10 minute walk to the main square in Costa Teguise where lovely restaurants, bars and shops are. The location is perfect. A well stocked supermarket across the road. A bus stop next to the apartment complex. The sea is less than a 2 minute walk away and the centre of Costa Teguise is less than ten minutes walk away. There is a good selection of restaurants next to apartment too. The host was responsive to any questions whilst we were there. The pool area is large with a lovely pool and was never over crowded during our stay in early July. The apartment is on a really nice complex overlooking 2 pools fab to sit on the balcony with a cuppa enjoying the view. The interior of the apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean & has all you need/want for a holiday it's truly a home from home with WiFi, washing machine, filters water etc. The complex is centrally located close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus stops, buses take you to the weekly market in Costa Tequise, Puerto del Carmen etc. We had lovely meals in Hammys, Wok & fab breakfasts in The Welcome, Damien's is a lovely coffee shop that sells cakes & sandwiches, all are less than a 5 min walk from apartment. The beach is a very short walk away & very easy access, you can walk into town along the prom takes about 15 mins, where there a numerous shops, bars & restaurants. You don't need a car while staying at Sue's apartment but if you did hire one there's parking. Would highly recommend this apartment for its location, cleanliness & like I mentioned earlier it's "home from home". Good sized bedrooms with ample hanging space and drawers. Kitchen is big with all the amenities you could want and plenty of crockery and glassware. We only made simple things, but there was enough to make big meals. Quiet complex and lovely grounds in a good location with nice restaurants very close. Two good bathrooms with the only minor niggle was that the water in the shower room didn't run particularly hot, but the bathroom was sufficient for our needs. ##### Andrew C.
