"We stayed in the Puri Raya Villa for one week and it was simply fantastic!
The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. The bathroom was especially spacious. From our Villa we had a amazing view into the jungle.
The staff moreover was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Putu, always helped us to organize acitvities (e.g. massages, tour guide for Kintamani). He picked us up from the airport, was available if we needed something anytime and gave us recommadations for cafés and...

"We didn’t like our stay at this property. It’s just 3 rooms located at a very aloof place. The property is not maintained n no dining option available. "

The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the weekly Balinese dinner show, the daily yoga sessions, and the peaceful morning walk through the rice fields.
We did the walk with Ajus, who was fantastic — not only did he make the experience memorable, but he also worked at reception and handled every request we had with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
What truly makes this hotel special, however,...

"Excellent place to detach from the outside world. So quiet and peaceful. My girlfriends and I used this resort as a respite in our otherwise busy Bali visit. We chose to get massages. They had other options that we do not avail ourselves of. It rained everyday and it was so magical with the view of the rice fields and the tropical landscape, relaxing on our patio enjoying the sounds and smells. We also relaxed by the pool most of one day, very rejuvenating."

"Amazing stay, very tranquil, can definitely recommend if you are going to stay I Lembongan, close to everything (if you rent a moped, which you can do via the hotel!). Everything looked like the pictures posted! definitely worth every penny!"

"Greta location, lots of good shopping, spas and restaurants within walking distance. Also close to the beach. Our room looked right over the road. View was nice but the traffic can be a bit noisy."
"Stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. Was amazing. Staff so beautiful, breakfast was amazing.
Sugi so beautiful.
We loved the whole experience.
Would definitely stay again."
"There was a construction on the property and tons of noise all around the pool area so definitely a big negative. The pool is not as good and nice as in the pictures and there is no ocean to swim at ...that goes with all hotels in Seminyak. There are good beaches at Nusa dua area only. So beach lovers should avoid this town. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurants were not good at all ( all restaurants)and I actually got the bally belly from the raw chicken which ended up under IV. Good thing the hotel has its own doctor. Nice property overall but going from US was definitely not worth it. Nothing special about anything in the hotel to impress me or my family."
"We stayed at the hotel for 5 days as a family and loved our stay! It was peaceful, clean, serves delicious breakfast, has wonderful staff and is a beautiful property. Would happily recommend it to others."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with fantastic facilities that made our stay both comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were outstanding—always warm, friendly, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality really made our experience memorable.
The location is another major highlight. It's within easy walking distance or a short ride to many of Seminyak's main attractions, including great restaurants, shopping, beach clubs, and the beach itself, making it the perfect base to explore the area.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next trip to Bali. Highly recommended!"
"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed."
