The on site restaurant is not part of the hotel. Same with the bar - so not possible to charge anything to room.

"Pros:
Close to airport, helpful staff, inexpensive
Cons:
*The neighbourhood feels a little bit dodgy because of building demolition next door. But I felt safe enough walking to the metro at 3.00 a.m.
*What appears to be a relatively recent renovation has been done with unsuitable materials and very poor workmanship. The state of the building is quite shocking.
*The website says there’s a bar and room service, neither of which was true. There is a microwave in what might have been a restaurant...
