"Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day."

We enjoyed feeding the geese - and were allowed to see some baby chicks that had just hatched. "Very nice welcome from the lady in reception (warm cookies a brilliant touch). The hotel is brilliant, the bar, restaurant, rooms and the little fitness centre. Only missing a pool/spa. The only negative element was the parking; £15 for 15 hours, not many spaces and very cramped. Would be better used as a pool and spa and use the car park on the corner ;) Very satisfied with the stay!"
