It is an excellent base for sightseeing, shopping and visits to cinemas or theaters: • a five minute walk to Liberty Square Metro Station, Rustaveli Avenue; • a ten minute walk to Mount Mtatsminda, Tbilisi Funicular, Mtatsminda Park; • a fifteen minute walk to The Bridge of Peace or Sulfur baths in Abanotubani. The space The apartment is located in a historical part of Old Tbilisi - Sololaki. It was the house of Isay Pitoev’s (Theatrical figure and Maecenas) family.
