The hotel is in a good area but we had to share a bathroom. There were two sets of stairs to negotiate and they were narrow at the top - won’t stsy there again - staff were nice though

Good Location!
Good busy location to stay in! Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on the lane. Friendly staff!

I would probably choose another hotel next time.
With just five rooms centred around a desk serving as 'reception' and no facilities such as breakfast etc., this isn't really a hotel in my mind. Finding the 'hotel' entrance is a bit of a puzzle as it is not clearly marked at all which is a pain after an early morning arrival. The room is also quite basic but it was clean and good value for the money I paid. My biggest issue was the noise from reception with staff (as nice as they were) playing music or watching TV into the early hours which, being so close to the rooms, serves only to give you a white night (especially in room 3). Bless them but that has to change. The location is perfect though, right on the pedestrianized section of Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue with bars and restaurants on your doorstep and all main tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Overall, I was satisfied but, I'm sorry, I would probably choose another hotel next time.

We really enjoyed being on Agmeneshbeli Avenue. The room was warm, comfortable and there is a lovely cafe downstairs. You can hear the music until quite late at night but we used ear plugs and slept very easily.
