Both tried their best to restore connection but we end up moving to a different room. Which is still okay. Our two days breakfast was great good food and very accommodating staff. Thanks to Jonathan who always give us hot coffee to enjoy. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend. Thanks again Lanson staff👍 "

"This place was a rip off. With false advertisement. The very reason I picked this place is because of parking included. It turns out parking was P500 a night which was scarce too. They told me it was optional. Intold them to change their ad and state optional as I wouldn’t have picked this If I have known parking was not included. The whole building smells like grease trap which made me puke a lot when we were staying there. The shower handle was broken and leaking, the internet didn’t have...

"I love staying here with the family except for this time. They gave me a room facing the Pasig river where you could hear the jeepneys and motorcycles 24/7. Did not get to sleep! Aside from that , everything was top notch. You shouldn’t miss breakfast at Prologue"

"No hot water. Had to call for service twice. No ac on 2nd room. No proper instructions for amenities. Master bath did not have proper drainage so upon opening shower door, it overflows. Pencil provided for writing desk was nit sharpened. :-/"
