"Everything was good. Breakfast was great! Biscuits and gravy. Check-in person was very nice & helpful."

"The staff were friendly and mostly helpful, and the room was clean. The lobby area was very nice. The hotel itself had some areas, such as the pool and locker rooms, that had some significant issues. The pool was damaged, water was very cloudy, there were no towels, the locker rooms were clean-ish but had significant water damage to the ceilings and walls. The hallways in the hotel were damaged - wallpaper torn off, etc. overall the staff we encountered were very friendly but the hotel is not very well maintained."

"The checking in process was pretty fast. However the gentleman at the reception desk was not very friendly. I walked up and said hello, he said how may I help you? no hello back. Them he sort of pointed to the back and said the elevators are to my left.He was not wearing a name badge so I do not know his name, but the other two young ladies that I came in contact with at the desk were much better. Not overly friendly, but much better."

"Everything with all of the amenities was wonderful and right up to Drury standards. The check-in clerk would benefit from some additional training in how to clearly communicate with the guests."

"This place is way nicer than you would expect for an average rate. Spacious grounds, nice beds, and a yummy breakfast make it the best place to stay."

"The room was a little smaller than we expected, but things were pretty freshly updated (paint, furniture) so it was quite pleasant. The breakfast was good, including most typical things and fruit, oatmeal, and some selection of teas. The downside was finding we were close to a railroad track and trains were quite loud. Try to get a room facing the other hotels/mall if you're a light sleeper."
