Welcome to the Beach Cabin! She may be small, but she's bright, airy and right on a stunning sandy beach with amazing views of Georgian Bay! The cabin features 1 bedroom with double bunk beds and a queen pullout couch in the living room. This cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests (but can hold up to 6 guests if you're comfortable with each other in tight quarters). The open concept living room and kitchen and large patio overlooking the lake are perfect for spending quality time together. Extras Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. A BBQ to cook your favourite meals. Access to Grandview Beach is right in front of the cabin where you will find a nice sandy beach, beautiful water, picnic tables and a children's playground. Kitchen Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools. Living Room The open concept living room is filled with an abundance of natural light. Sink into the cozy couch and enjoy a movie night or play your favourite board game. Step out onto the walk-out deck and continue to take in the stunning scenery. Bedrooms The cottage has one bedroom with double bunk beds. The cabin is equipped with clothing storage, bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels! There is a pullout couch in the living room as well. It is a Queen bed. Bathroom Stay refreshed in our clean and functional bathroom. Featuring a bath tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and soap are provided \*Please note: This unit is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is not suitable for large parties and is ideal for families and couples. We are also always available by phone, email or text during your stay. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 4 (unless pre-arrange with us). Should it be found that there are more than 4 people on the property at any given time, you may be asked to leave with no refund and will be charged for the extra guests. Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily. Pet's are not permitted unless discussed with us in advance. The pullout couch was absolutely terrible and is very uncomfortable. There’s waaay too much furniture in the property and it was hard to move around. The inside is in disrepair - lots of small things including ripped screen door which lets flies in the cottage.
