Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties. 2\. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout. 3\. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies. 4\. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. 5\. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6\. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7\.
