"First off. The pool was closed. Said nothing about that before check in. Had a papper sign on pool door in small print couldn't even see it. Very rude staff. Treatinf me as if i was intoxicated when telling me when couldn't be in the pool area. Felt insulated. Will Not be returning there again. For while "

"Nothing was a deal breaker, but there were just too many things wrong. Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work, elevator had the smokey motor scent, TV service was constantly offline displaying "scramble channels or weak signal", hallway carpet smelled, room had the musky odor until I opened the window and turn on the fan for an hour, and mattress seemed old and way too soft. Like the room layout and clean washroom."

"Overall, our stay was good. The only complaint I have is updating the rooms with more outlets to plug in all the technology most people travel with. My wife and I had cellphones and work laptops but the room did not have enough plugs for charging while we worked. The rooms were clean and casino restaurants were only a short walk across the parking lot. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon."

"In need of updating, pool was closed, breakfast was lacking, fitness room very sparse. It was clean though. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable but was not made up every day, the garbage wasn’t picked up everyday or fresh towels. Beds weren’t made. The breakfast wasn’t hot, not even warm. Something served 2 day, Sunday was good but cold. No bagels just bread for toast. Wasn’t the quietest. A lot of children running the halls and very noisy. Staff was friendly."

"The door handle on the room didn't work properly and the door stuck. The mini refrigerator didn't work. It didn't get cold, and it smelled like a dead fish. It made the room reek. The breakfast was ridiculous. They didn't even have butter for toast or the waffles. The coffee machine was impossible to find for breakfast. The bathtub drain worked incredibly slowly. I showered and by the time I was done I was standing in six inches of water. Additionally, during our stay there was a tornado watch for several hours after we arrived. And then a tornado warning and the sirens were going off. There were no emergency instructions for tornadoes, and no notification from the staff. We sat in the bathroom. I chose a room with two queens. Those beds were full size, not queen. I sleep in a queen bed and there is enough room for two people. The beds in the room were definitely NOT queen size. Don't advertise that if it isn't true. The flooring was coming up in the bathroom. On top of the nasty fish smell the room reeked of marijuana. I understand it's legal, that isn't my problem. My issue is that my clothes and hair smelled of it, despite the fact that I don't partake. So all of my clothes now have to be washed thoroughly to get rid of the smell. I am grateful I had a room to sleep in during my trip, but for the price I paid, and the $50.00 deposit that ai didn't get back despite leaving the room cleaner than I found it, it was not even close to worth it."
