Villa "Casa do Alpendre" is located just 20 minutes from Fuseta beach, on the outskirts of Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo — a small village in the municipality of Tavira. Set in a region often described as one of the Algarve’s best-kept secrets, the villa sits in a lush green valley near a brook, offering a truly peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Despite its tranquil setting, it's just a 15-minute drive to the larger towns of Tavira and Olhão, with easy access to all amenities. Santa Catarina itself has a charming local market, perfect for bargain hunting, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby for dining out. The villa features its own private pool, ideal for relaxing, with deckchairs and shaded areas on a spacious terrace.
