Although we don't stay on site, a team member is available throughout your stay. There aren't any photos of the rear garden as the lawn was only sprayed this week ( 13 June 2025). New photos will be uploaded at a later date. Therefore there isn't a play area for children however there is a park not too far away. Strictly no parties or gatherings. Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave. Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund. No tents. Smoking outside only.
