Here at The Castle Hotel we are a beautiful grade 2 listed building and we work very hard to keep our interior in fitting with the exterior, we like to keep in line with the traditions of "castles such as the hanging tapestries throughout the hotel. We would not class any of our bedrooms bad or grim, our team always work hard on keeping all bedrooms in a brilliant condition. As you booked a Standard Double room which is 1 out of 3 double room types we offer, our Standard Double room types are understandably our smaller room types in comparison to our Deluxe Doubles.In regard to the price you paid for your Bed & Breakfast stay, due to you booking close to your check-in date prices are naturally going to more than booking further in advance.Thank you again for providing feedback and we hope should you choose to stay with us again in the future, you have a more positive stay we strive for.
