Great communication from Wiktoria. It is a comfortable space. No air conditioning for us spoiled Americans, but with the cooler weather it was fine.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spider webs on the walls here and there and it definitely needed a better vacuuming. I don't mean to mislead, it wasn't filthy or anything. Also, no A/C or fans, so that was a little uncomfortable as it was in the mid 80s. And this is a wierd one, but all the doors (bedrooms and bathrooms) are frosted glass. Loxoks very cool but isn't really practical for obvious reasons. They don't block light well nor do they dampen sound. Made it a little difficult to not disturb others if you're an early riser or a night owl.. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing service! Thanks to Magdalena with all the good advices and help with literally everything! She also spoke perfect english, the location is right in the center, the rooms are spacious with good wifi. And the buffet breakfast was adapted to the new health restrictions. Excellent Willa in a great position with wonderful
A very pleasant stay at this Willa. Good size clean rooms with a comfortable bed. A very good breakfast with excellent cold cuts and fresh coffee. Location was fantastic, just a few metres from the centre of Krupowki street. I must make special mention of Camilla the lady on reception, who was so helpful and friendly. Owners, this lady is a credit to your establishment.

Make sure you are down early for breakfast.
We arrived at the hotel for our New Year's Eve stay and checked in. The hotel was very dated, with tired decor and seemed a little unloved. The room was large, but was fairly cool considering it was around freezing outside. We were out for the night for New Year and were told breakfast was until 9.30 am in the morning. We went down for breakfast at 9.25 am (it has been a late night) and were told we were too late, I had to argue and point out the time to get a seat. We proceeded to eat and two further couples came down after 9.30 am and sat down with no challenge, maybe our face didn't fit! We have travelled to numerous countries and stayed in several places in Poland before and not been so rudely treated. The hotel was overpriced, even for New Year and staff require some much needed customer service training.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced. In a brilliant location too as right next to the main pedestrian shopping street. Excellent breakfast and fresh fruit available through the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

lovely, clean accommodations steps from the main street. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station where the buses arrive/depart for Krakow. I will definately say here if I ever found myself in Zakopane again!

Nice hotel extremely close the the centre of town which is great, less walking involved to get there when you'll probably be walking alot anyway. Friendly staff, great sized rooms (I had a double and a single room) it was very comfortable for 2 adults and a child. Breakfast was nice but nothing amazing; get it early as it really is the best first thing. The scrambled eggs I particularly enjoyed 😀. We didn't use the kids activity room as we were busy enough out in Zakopane do I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a great location and I would recommend staying there.

Nice homely hotel.
A bit difficult to find because it is behind the listed road. A bowl of fruit always there at reception to help yourselves from. Clean and reasonably spacious room and bathroom, Our bedroom could have benefitted from better lighting.spaces used sensibly. Reception area is closed after 6PM. Very central and close to bus stop for various facilities. Buffet breakfast very inclusive, but no special order for cooked breakfast, although there were scambled eggs and hot sausages. Receptioninsts were very helpful, but at least one had limitted English. All in all we were very happy during our stay of three nights.

Perfect location right next to Krupowki Street
Me and my dad we stayed at the hotel for five days and four nights, the whole experience was amazing, the location of the hotel was perfect was everything you needed, it was only a 1 min walk to the main street of Zakopane Krupowki Street, where all the shops and restaurants are located for everyone. The staff were amazing, breakfast was served every morning and was delicious. Staff members were able to help out whenever and provide information for anything question you had. Would recommend to anyone that is not a local to Zakopane perfect hotel and perfect location for easy access.

Everything was good in this place but they have to improve breakfast and reception desk ... as customer service. My wife and myself always go for breakfast approximately 1-1.5h before finish serving and there was no scramble eggs left (that the only eggs they serve). Nice lady from the kitchen told us that they "out of stock" :D

we enjoyed our stay, the location was good but we had a very hard time finding it on GPS as it is on a pedestrian street. Also, I did not like the fact that no one was at the reception after 6PM. What if you needed help in the evening ? the door outside is locked after 6PM and since there is no receptionist, you need your key and a chip to get in ,so good luck if you forget them or if it does not work, no one is there to help. We ran into a lady, locked out, waiting outside for someone to let her in when we returned to the hotel at 6:30PM!.

Great place. Perfect location.
We had a great stay at Willa Labelle. My ONLY con would be the directions to get to the place. It was really difficult to get to, even by GPS as it is tucked into the back of other buildings. Once there, staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Zakopane. 10 min drive to Kasprowy Wierch and Morskie Oko. room was spacious and clean.

Very hard to find. Followed the numbers on the buildings and it skipped #40. People that worked in the little stores, aren't very pleasant and don't want to help with directions. I called the hotel and the lady at the reception says she doesn't know the other numbers or stores I was using as reference. Finally got a taxi and he too didn't know where exactly to go so he dropped us in the closest place to 40 . The hotel ended up being behind a large newer building on a side street. The hotel receptionist should be more aware of where they're located and how to get there. Totally ridiculous. I also speak Polish, so there was no language barrier. Room was okay. However the bathroom smelled like wet dog.

The hotel was okay but the time to check in and check out it was totally wrong. I was on my way to another city for sightseeing and the reception called me to come back and bring out my lugguage right now. I cannot see anything and came back to the hotel right after I got off the bus in another city to bring my belongs. TERRIBLE. It was their mistake at last. I was annoyed.

Stay was plesant but there was few minuses -Reception -on website is shows that is open from 10am till 10 pm . We arrive at 6pm evertyhing was closed ..... -Map directions - is difficult to find this place on any maps... we used a google maps and shows us destinations on other side Krupowki street , In darkness was difficult to found this hotel when you use a own car ......

The stay was quite nice with a big space for everything but the only downside is the reception desk closes at 4pm but you can ring a number for the villa until 10pm in case you need any help or information but overall it was a nice villa
