Full on emergency housing clients
I was too scared to stay after arriving there - I had booked in and paid without reading the reviews. The place was full of Emergency Housing and I did not feel safe there. The person who ran the place was lovely and I understand why she allows them there but I ended up sleeping on a friend's floor rather than stay.

We stayed 10 minutes in the room and went to another hotel. It was disgusting. It smelt, the front door only had a chain. The lady at reception said they locked once the door was closed. You had no way of checking once inside. It appeared to be a winz hotel which we werent told about.

The carpet had big stains. Fries in the room. A fan had lots of dust.A bottle of conditioner was broken. Shampoo & conditioner looked very old. Only good thing was that all towels were clean enough

Unfortunately there’s not much good to say about this property. It is very very dated and tired. It is also appears to be used for emergency housing and consequently somewhat noisy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi very slow and patchy. Certainly not value for money.

This motel has emergency housing tenants and there was a lot of noise and coming and going in the evening. The motel was very run down and not very clean.

Pretty old and tired in need of freshening up. Threadbare carpet, very old bed, bathroom and kitchenette and for over $100 for one night I expected more. I've stayed in much nicer backpacker en-suite rooms for less. On the side, good location, great TV.

The property is very tired, way overdue for upgrading. More annoying was the fact that having stated clearly on the advertising that wi-fi was available, the unit we were allocated could not get any Internet at all. We had to request to be moved to another unit once we found we couldn't get any connectivity, and even there, the receptionist said we would have to leave the front door open as the concrete walls on all the units shut out Internet connectivity.

Very budget property, it was clean.. Internet is voucher based and i never did get my laptop to connect. Phone did though. Bed mattress lacked any support. Cars were coming and going at all hours.

The person at reception did not have a friendly or helpful manner at all. We had to request the wifi password. We then found we couldn’t access the internet. When I went to the office to explain the situation the same person suggested I sit outside so the reception would be better. If you use an iPad or laptop it’s really not helpful at all.

Nothing unique about property. It is a bit run down, dated and badly maintained. The condition of our bed was terrible with no extra pillows. The inside shower panel was held toegether by nails. Soap and shampoo cannisters empty. However pets were allowed and that was a positive, which we appreciated.

What makes this place work is the quality of the staff and the dedication they have to keep it clean. Visitors should expect older facilities and some of the rooms showing a lot of love and use, but for cheap motel accommodation this place is clean and friendly and the rooms have space. So much recommended

This property is in serious need if an uograde and renewal. Our room was dowdy and musty. Low-watt bulbs and tired caroets added to the "atmosphere".

Room and bed very comfortable. Toilet and shower very good. The cutlery and dishing up utensils not very good. Also there is no table to sit at to eat a meal etc. However the staff are great, linen bedding etc very clean and the room is adequate.

Close to town, more than adequate room, apart unable to make the fridge suitably cold. But comfortable, with good sky reception on tv. Even the sport channel. I would definitely use again.
