"Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...

"The room and the views were wonderful. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes being served over our four day stay. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The walkways around the grounds need some attention as there are some broken light fixtures along the paths. Also, the bathroom in our room was very modern and everything worked fine, but we could have used a towel bar or two to hang our damp towels."

"The best thing about this cabin was the wonderful porch/deck just a few feet from the river and with a view of the mountains. We spent hours sitting on the porch, reading and talking, and waving to the kayakers and rafters who streamed by. In the mornings we watched the fog lift off the mountain and the fog roll down the stream. The full moon over the mountain was wonderful.(I am too persnickety: the porch ceiling and fan were dirty.)We were four old people and found the lightening in the house insufficient for comfortable reading or playing cards. That said, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin, especially the porch!"
