The owners have used every bit of available space to comfortably furnish the living room area. The couches are comfy and the big armchair was a favorite. After a day on the slopes, having space for everyone to lounge is a must! The kitchen is well equipped. The proximity to Lift 1 was great. If you are someone who needs complete dark to sleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask. The bedroom on the ground floor was great - comfortable bed and a small, but nice en suite bathroom. The only drawback was the outside porch light (which I don't think can be turned off) that shined brightly through the night. The old-fashioned blinds on the large window were not sufficient to block out the light. But I slept fine with my eye mask on! Also, the windows in the loft do not have any coverings to block out the morning light. We would definitely book this condo again. It was wonderful! ##### Nicole B. This was probably my favorite place to stay so far. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for the family to have their own space. It also had everything that you needed to feel as if you were home away from home. There were only two things that we did not like. 1)The house needed some more lighting. 2)The ski-in ski-out is a little bit of a stretch. Farthest condo at Sierra Del Sol Very nice, clean condo, walking distance to lifts although it is the last condo up the street at Sierra Del Sol. Parking pass was not in condo when we got there but after I called, Vacasa resolved this the following morning. Top floor has two large windows which have no curtains or any way to have privacy or shield from daylight. We stayed 3 nights/2days. Water went out early afternoon on our second day. Gone. Didn’t come back till middle of the night just before we had to get up and drive 3 hours to airport. Imagine not being able to take a shower after a day of skiing, properly cook dinner (restaurants closed) and prepare for a hole day of travel back to the east coast. It was awful, disgusting and stressful. This was a whole village water situation not Vacasa’s fault. The problem is that this is an ongoing situation where just that week they had major water issues and local Vacasa never warned guests so they can make decisions and prepare. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, enjoyed the experience. There were a couple of items we expected to be provided, that were not, which was a little disappointing. We appreciate the person who cleared the snow off our balcony, and later returned to provide a couple of garbage bags. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our only two comments are it really isn't ski-in-ski-out and it is advertised with a hot tub. However, the New Mexico COVID restrictions do not allow hot tubs to be used at this time. "Hot Tub" should be removed from the title of the listing or at a minimum it should be stated somewhere that the hot tub is temporarily closed. We are from Texas and this was a surprise to us.
