Secluded half-chalet with balcony and garden.

Located in the heart of the family-friendly resort of Le Praz de Lys (1450m), our 80m2, 3-level half-chalet, renovated in 2021, offers 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms for 6-8 people.

Ski slopes 50m away, equipment rental opposite, shops and restaurants 2 minutes' walk away.

Garden level: charming master suite including a queen-size bed and mountain view. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

- Laundry room with washing machine.

- Ground floor: living room, equipped kitchen and toilet.

- Second floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people each and 1 shower room.
