I would strongly suggest to all our future guests to read the property description so that you have a good idea of where you are going to be staying in Morocco. Do not book here if you want a hotel, we are a bed and breakfast. Do not book here if you want to stay in the medina, we are not in the medina. Do not book here if you expect a 5 star hotel, we are a budget, family bnb who do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, with good local knowledge who can help you with all aspects of your trip in Morocco, but bear in mind, you are in Morocco, a developing country, where everything is not perfect, this is part of Morocco's charm. Do not book here if you cannot navigate up a piste to our front door. Mountain tracks in Morocco are a bit rough, especially after the rainy seasons, so don't expect paved streets up here in the mountains. Don't come to Chaouen if you dont want to be next to some sort of construction site. The whole area is expanding, even the medina. Luckily, Moroccans don't use noisy machinery. Only book here if you want to be a 15 minute walk down to the medina, good accss to the mountains and Berber villages, no hassle friendly accommodation, help arranging day trips, a good hearty breakfast, high speed wi-fi, an English speaking guide, free paring right at the door of the guesthouse, if you can make it up the piste, and a nice place to meet people and chill out on a nice terrace looking out over the valley.
