Syaff could not do enpugh for us, so friendly.The room was a good size and well equipped, the AirCon could have been colder, this was raised with the reception staff Was close to airport , but still very quiet, was suprised to find the Airport Hub next door is closed down with the exception of a couple of shops.Food and drinks on site was very good, had breakfast there, a good selection available.Transfer bus to airport was very quick, about 20 minutes .

Meeting point at term3 was a bit hard to locate. Shuttle from/to airport were excellent. Pleasantly surprised with bfast variety, lots of things to choose from, although the taste of food could be improved. Room and bathroom relatively clean. Pillows were not great, though i didnt bother to ask if it could be changed as I only stayed for one night. Overall a good choice for transit hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Arrived at 3pm, room wasnt ready so they tried to downgrade us. Safe was broken. Arrived at breakfast 45 mknutes before closing and there was no food. Shuttle left late and worst, mold in the room. Anyone giving this dump a good review is an idiot or related to the manager

Overall very good stay for 3 nights
Generally a very good stay. Staff at front desk and concierge are wonderful. Staff in restaurant are a bit less responsive. Hotel shuttle to airport was useful for our stay. Very handy for transit.

This is a great hotel especially because of the proximity to the airport The staff was quite friendly they actually upgraded my room free of charge so this is a hotel that I will be going to every time

Very nice place... only complaint was that our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower water was not very warm. The bed however was super-comfy, so that made up for the other issues!

Room was pretty old and gloomy. The bathroom floors were cracked and there was several stains on different parts of the hotel room, which was kind of disturbing. The overall hotel is decent, near the airport and clean enough to stay but I wish they would upkeep the condition of the rooms better!

My stay at Swiss-Bel hotel was average. My room was in good condition. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The laundry service was quick and my clothes smelled nice. However, the internet had a very poor connection. Also, the restaurant was closed for breakfast. So room service was required a perk or so you’d think. Breakfast was cold the first 3 days upon scheduled delivery. After complaining to the F&B manager it came warm the last 2 days. Another downfall and disappointment was nothing but beer to choose from the cocktail and wine selection.

Shuttle service from airport was appalling: promised 15 minute wait but actually it was 45! Airport hotels are usually pretty unappealing but this one was particularly so!

The hotel is in the middle of high construction. The surrounding area is not clean. I would not stay here again. Mold on ceilings and just not as nice as portrayed on your site.

The breakfast area setting is pretty. But they pile up the dirty dishes in the corner near my seat so its a bit put off to see that. Suggestion: maybe should have troley for dirty dishes so easy to put it at the back straight away instead of piling them up. Overall is a nice stay. Consider to stay here again if in transit.
