Convenient hotel and affordable
Friendly staffs and pleasant hotel to stay in. The facility were clean and employees are helpful. When I needed certain items as iron board etc they provided with quick and satisfying services. Recommended and will returning back on my next visits

I stayed at the Atria for business. Whilst the room I had was a little dated, I understand that refurbishment is underway. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Location was fantastic with the mall just across the road. Highly recommend.

Not happy with check in supoused 2pm they said room not ready we wait until 5pm, they give smoking room which is not in my booking we refused then we complaints they give us 12th floor when we get in to the room the tv program not clear, noises from aircondition not get towel until 12pm, we need to call reception many time with this problems. Anyway we get room nice and clean bed very comfy, manager hotel come to apology for delays.

We booked Junior suite, in late October 2019 but during the night it was so noisy that we could not sleep and we requested to change room...we got the lower grade room without compensation. we basically paid for suite but getting regular room..The Breakfast was so so..

Good location but not so for the accommodation
The soundproofing for the room was poor and I got furniture noises occurring around midnight. Hope that its not due to paranormal origins but that disrupted my sleep for 2 nights. In addition, the towels issued had stains. A bit disappointed but the location beside the Summarecon Mall managed to mitigate the poor experiences

The property itself is okay, quite strategic but on my recent stay I am not happy with the breakfast menu. The fried (Tempe, ubi and banana is cold like the left over).

I am a regular at Atria, but past 2 trips, i am quite unhappy about it. Cleaner does not replenish shower cap, although i left the empty wrapper there for them to see. I was given the 2nd floor room for both trips (i think it was the same room near the lift lobby), gives me a very uncomfortable feeling, 1st night can hear non-stop loud water flow sound, 2nd night totally quiet. Shower water pressure sooo weak, cannot have a proper bath. Not as nice as the upper floor rooms, although i made the request upon booking.

Hotel is clean and located in a good area. They don’t provide enough toilet tissues and the towel wasn’t good and clean enough for the guest. They should use a good towel not the towel that has been used over a year and change colour from white to grey.

Location to mall was very convenient, though crossing the street can be challenging. The breakfast after some variety but did find most of the food cold as well as the coffee.

Great for vacation
generally great, but there is 2 issues I note. First, the air cond at my room is not working well, ....allready set up to the max , but still not working good. Second, ...the pooll not available at the hotel coz of maintenance schedulled they said. But they replace the pool to their residance pooll....where that location is in other building.

Pleasant hotel near a mall
Hotel is near Summaraecon Mall which has plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food. Gym is located at the next building so it’s a bit of a hassle to get there if it rains. Gym is reasonably furnished with 2 treadmills, 2 elliptically, 2 stationary bikes, weights etc. Pleasant hotel staff and clean spaces. Buffet breakfast has good range of local cuisine.

The Staff are helpful and friendly. The disappoinment was the bed sheets, quilt cover and towels that need to be replaced because they were torn in more than one places and discoloured because of old. Traditional breakfast was excellent but other days were just okay and boring. We thought there will be shuttle bus around the area but actually it depends on whether there's a big group.

Need only some steps to gettin toSummarecon Mall Serpong. Easy access to bus shuttle that ready to take me Jakarta easily.
