I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly.

It was fine and staff were nice but getting quite old and feels a bit basic. On some days there was a huge line and long wait to get breakfast, which was quite mediocre and not worth waiting for. We stayed in the tower so it was a long walk to reception and lobby areas. Pool and beach area and also water park were great for kids and nice to have. Overall has a feeling of being quite faded and past its prime. If the price is right it would be fine to stay at but there are far nicer and better hotels in the Tamung area.

두번째 괌입니다. 투몬베이에 위치한 호텔과 비교했을때 외곽인 위치가 고민 되었지만 초등 아이와 함께 하는 여행이기에 워터파크 메리트가 커 머물게 되었습니다. 리조트 컨디션은 괌에 있는 대다수의 숙박시설이 그렇듯 연식이 있지만 비교적 깨끗하게 매니징 되어 있었고, 워터파크와 수영장 역시 초등아이와 어른 모두 즐거운 시간을 보내기에 적절했습니다. 조식은 매일 조금씩 바뀌며 5일동안 지루하지 않게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 가장 감명 깊었던 것은 리조트에 근무하는 직원들 이였습니다. 대부분의 직원들이 친절하였으나, 특별한 크루에게 잊을 수 없는 행복한 시간을 선물 받을 수 있었습니다. 이 경험을 통해 다음 방문에도 이 리조트를 선택하고 싶습니다. thank you kiki! you made our time special!

Nice hotel but in need of some renovations. Room AC controls are very outdated and hard to maintain a constant temp. Almost half of the laundry machines were out of order.

I was looking forward to stay a Hoshino Group Facility at first time due to the great reputation. It was a little disappointed. The facility is old & seems unclean. My room was on 11 th floor at ocean front. It’s roomy, quiet, & great view of ocean. However, the Capet was with stained & 2/3 of it damped so I wasn’t able to walk on the floor without the slippers. The bed was comfortable. The facility wise, 2/3 elevators are unavailable.only one restaurant opened in evening. Thankfully small amount of local food is offered for free of charge at 3/w. No spa either. I heard this hotel will be under renovation next year. I’m looking forward to stay updated this hotel. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

I booked a day ahead of my arrival so I could just get my room when I arrived early morning. When I went to check in they told my family and I we had to wait until the 3PM check in time. I asked for exception, and they told me to call back at 9am to speak to a manager. This was at 7am...

We loved the pool and waterpark. The Wing Jr Suite was clean and large enough for 5 people. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The beach needs the seaweed cleaned up and the sand loosenedso that guests can enjoy the area. Maybe add some chairs between Santa Fe and Hoshino. Front desk staff were very hospitable. I’d like to see a tourism rack in the lobby with local attractions, food ordering app references (grabngrub) and ride share app (stroll). Overall a great experience.

There were many chickens outside, they were fun to look at, but too noisy in the morning time. The pool in the hotel was so nice, kid friendly. The workers were also nice and friendly.

Awesome Staycation
View was amazing. Rooms were a bit outdated but overall the room was good. The staff was friendly. I appreciated that if you booked online, you were given free breakfast for the duration of your stay. Also, having access to the waterpark, pool, and beach is a big plus!

This is a very neat place. The waterpark is aging a little but has some fantastic slides. It isn't overly crowded. I would have liked to have seen the zip line working--maybe they don't want to grab people upclose in the covid season. The breakfast buffet was huge and lavish. The room was huge and lavish. The staff were friendly. Plenty of space in the parking garage. The room was cleaned very thoroughly by the cleaning staff.

Had a great time on my wife's birthday. stayed for two days and enjoyed the amenities at this hotel. I didn't like how there are a few sketchy people lingering around the hall between the tower and the main hotel building. The complimentary kayak was great that was included with our stay. We got to go to the nearby island. The staff was great. I kind of wish the water park opened earlier than 0930AM. We stayed at the ocean front room. Although not very extravagant looking than other hotels, it was very clean when we checked in. I am looking forward to staying again in the future.

We had a nice time our overall complaint was the food on site. The breakfast bento box "tray" that was included with our stay was just wrong! Eggs were runny and just plain unedible they were served with hot dogs, potato salad or macaroni salad, a fruit, spam or bacon and frozen terrible corn. It was just a literal mess!!! We live on Guam this is not the food that you should be providing to people who come to visit, it's terrible and in no way shows the food on island and I do not know one person that would eat that combination of things for breakfast. We also had dinner at Sagano service was so slow, place was empty.. it would be nice if they told you what they offer like the hibachi grill where they will cook for you or any of the options they have, no they just sat us at a table and we noticed people having fun with this beautiful view that we didn't even know about since first time staying at hotel. Other than those things kids enjoyed water park and room was nice.

I like the fact that they had a water park, wifi, pool, and it was on the beach. Negatives were that the breakfast served was awful and restaurants was closed alot or had limited hours of operation. For example, on certain nights only the Japanese restaurant was open and if tou didnt like Japanese food, you had to eat out; on Saturday night and Sunday brunch hours only la premier was open for a buffet and if you're a vegetarian or vegan, you ought to eat out

We had spent our winter vacation at Onward Beach Resort, of which the location is convenient and the stay has been comfortable and pleasant. Water park is also a plus. Hotel service was excellent. We are willing to make another visit there next time in Guam.
