While not located directly in Tumon, this hotel does have a good location - close to the tourist areas of Tumon and also not far from the airport. Unlike most hotels in this price range, the Internet actually works! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the room, while not in perfect condition, was in much better shape than other hotel rooms in this class so overall, I was quite pleased with the facility.

This was my third visit overall, and second visit this year to Guam.
Guam being Guam, the windstorm caused the delay in my flight (again, as usual) so I came in around 5 a.m.
The time being, it was obvious the hotel staff was sleepy and tired but he tried to be professional and focused to care for my check-in.
As for the hotel, the preference might side differently depending on people. Did I like it? Yes. Do I want to stay there again? If I'm on a tight budget, yes, but if I have enough money, then no. (By the way, my visit was for business purpose, not for vacation, and because of the nature of my visit, I had to use my company's credit card, not my money. My office has a specific budget range which limits travel expenses so I had no choice.)
The room itself was great - what more can I complain. 5 minute ride from the airport, only 5 minutes away from one of my favorite steak houses in Guam, there was no reason for me to feel anything bad about the hotel.

The hotel is good expect their hotel rules are kind of strict. During checking out time they hold me for around 20 minutes after they inspected my hotel room thinking that I might checked out within their hotel towel etc. I feel like that I am a crook and not trusted and if they found any towel missing I will not get my $50.00 deposit I made on top of the total room charges but I was OK got my refund but I felt so insecure and un-trusted.
My room wasn't one of the renovated rooms that weren't available at the time of my visit. But RM 205 was decent and if you're on budget, its pretty okayy place to be. Just don't except to have a swimming pool or anything fancy. There's certain housekeepers that I don't care for because they lack the customer service or any services at all. Then there's the office staff members, Alice (I think is her name), she's better then the Manager herself and two other people in that office. But all in all, my stay with the Inn wasn't bad at all. Hopefully, they have RM 205 renovated for the next guests.
I was disappointed at first. I did look foward to the Queen size bed. My beds were a full size. Thou, there was a extra bed under one of the bed, which I did not need. The coffee pot was not a regular coffee pot but more of water boiler and the coffee was Sanka...how many people drink Sanka now a days? Refrigerator smelled like Kim Chee and it did not make anything I put in cold. Freezer was working. Breakfast had many varieties to choose from...this was good....yet, I did not see coffee...hmmmm. My son had a grand time at the water park and pool. This much I can say.
Tamuning is on the northern end of Agana Bay and is the business center of Guam. There are many shopping opportunities ranging from the duty-free Guam Premium Outlets to the more eclectic Harmon Flea Market. Try the Thai Kitchen for authentic Thai food or some authentic local cuisine at Josephine's Chamorro Kitchen.
