This house has lots of fun activities for the family. Pet friendly and smoke free. Located 10 minutes from the Tampa Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and Riverwalk, 3 miles from Busch Gardens/Adventure Island, 1.3 miles from Lowry Park Zoo, 5 miles from Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium, 6 miles from Amalie Arena, and less then an hour away from Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg. Please understand the house is located in an urban area of Tampa so the area may be a little noisy on the weekends and very seldom during the week. You will occasionally hear fireworks from Busch Gardens as part of their celebrations as well as some neighbors particularly around holidays. Unfortunately the noise is out of our control. Please keep in mind, this is Florida so it is very tropical so from time to time there will be bugs, but we do have pest control every month to avoid any mishaps. Please keep doors closed at all times. Shannon was quick to answer all my questions and made the check-in/out very easy; she even left a welcome gift for us and had snacks and waters available. The house was well equipped in both the kitchen and bathroom; extra personal items in case anything was forgotten or just needed. The basketball court, mini putt, and game room were great; fenced in yard for our dog as well as pet friendly accommodations inside. The house was centrally located to downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens which was perfect for us. We were a little concerned with the neighborhood as it is an older one; the houses on either side were quite rundown and junky but we never encountered any issues and the fence blocked out the views which helped.
