Leave garage opener and pool key where you found them. If you lose them there would be a charge of $200 for each one. Pick up all the garbage and leave it in the garbage bin in the garage. 

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If the Garage remote control and the pool key gets lost they will need to be replaced and a fine will be charged of $200.00

We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be back! Vilmari was an amazing host. The keypad on the front door did not work when we first arrived, and the garage door opened within seconds of me messaging, so we could get into the house. Her husband was by moments later to fix the keypad which then worked the rest of our trip. There was no extra toilet paper left for the bathrooms, and within an hour of reaching out, we had a new 4 pack of Angel Soft hanging on the front door handle. The home itself was so clean and welcoming, snacks, coffee, and tea were provided, there were some cold water bottles in the fridge which were much appreciated on the morning of checkout for our long drive home. The home was very well stocked and had extra paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, softner, and dryer sheets for us to do laundry while we were there. Definitely recommend this home!!
