Full kitchen and spacious backyard. Includes free covered parking for vehicles. Guest access Can access all house in and outside. Just we have one utilities closet locked. We don’t have special access for person with mobility needs. It is a townhome with stairs up to 2nd floor where the bedroom are. Other things to note At the check out,please turn off all the lights. Be sure all the doors and windows are close. Leave the keys in the lockbox. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We traveled to the Tampa Convention Center every morning for a conference. The drive was only ever at most 20 minutes each morning.
