The best part of this hotel was the room service food and the breakfast. The hotel was horribly under staffed to the point where nobody answered the phone when you called in the morning from the room and to get a drink from the bar took 45 minutes. Also the fact that you had to pay for parking in a parking garage that has no elevator was ridiculous. I will not stay there again.
