The man that checked us in was very nice. Otherwise it was terrible. Our room had a sink drip that could not be turned off. The walls had chipped paint and the back of the toilet was broken. They didn’t lock the exits at night. Our room was not locked when we entered. The breakfast was cereal and Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. Our key card stopped working at 7 am. I took the dog out to the bathroom at that time and couldn’t get back to my room. I had to knock and wake my family. There was no one at the front desk the entire morning to help. We had to downgrade the room because we had a pet. We still have the same priced bill, even though we were promised it would be less. The blankets pillows and towels were all very clean and they gave plenty of all three. We didn’t have to ask for more.

It would have been nice if you mentioned that you were bringing a pet when making a reservation. We do not allow pets in our big family rooms. Your price was adjusted accordingly to reflect the smaller room change. We are remodeling our rooms as time and vacancy allows. There is always someone at the front desk in the morning. Maybe she was in the kitchen or laundry room at the time that you were there. If you expected luxury, then you should have stayed in McCall, and paid luxury prices. You must be a very unhappy person!

The biggest issues are: 1. The bed is extremely uncomfortable 2. The bad frame is metal and clanks every time you move 3. Pillows are flat, uncomfortable, and you only get two

The room we were given had two queen beds crammed into a very small room - about 18" wide where you walk to get into the room between the bed and wall, bed by the window was 6" from the AC unit. In-shower shampoo dispenser was nasty. Uncomfortable beds. Construction and supplies stored in hallways. Overall this hotel is worn out.

If you wanted a large and spacious room, then you could have booked one of our big family rooms. It's wonderful to see that you are awesome at measuring spaces! Actually, we are remodeling the hotel as time and vacancy allows. You must be a very unhappy person, and a rude one at that!

Great Stay
The TV didn't work, and the nice young lady at the front desk in the afternoon couldn't have been more courteous, helpful, and prompt! Found a great Italian Restaurant, Ragazza di Buffalo - go there! Good breakfast before checking out. Nice town altogether!

It was right off the highway on our way to Meridian. Felt bad for the front desk guy as we rolled in at 1 am, but he was very nice about it. Very clean and quiet. Loved the cabin feeling

Great staff and service! Very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable environment. Nice area in lobby to enjoy breakfast treats. Excellent real coffee cups for breakfast. One small critique, if the fan on the heater/AC had slower and more quiet speed, it would be a perfect experience.

If you like a room with a rock hard mattress, holes and unpainted patches in the wall, a wonderful breakfast of cold cereal and watered down coffee, this is the place fir you.

We are remodeling the hotel as time and vacancy allows. Therefore, not everything is perfect right now. We can't please everyone with the firmness or softness of the mattresses. You are always more than welcome to pay for a breakfast of your choice at one of the restaurants in town if you don't like our FREE breakfast. You are a very rude and unhappy person!
