We booked the hotel because of a family emergency and in the rush, made an error with the dates. I accidentally booked for the following week. When we arrived at the hotel, I explained the error and asked if we could move the dates a week earlier. The hotel refused. We therefore had to pay twice. It was a genuine error but the hotel did not care. All the staff could say was, "Must ask Boss" but nothing ever happened. Additionally, the condition of the property and is nothing like the pictures. It is a complete misrepresentation. The hotel and rooms were dingy, dirty and with unpleasant odour. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost.

We are terribly sorry for the incident but the booking is booked and paid to expedia. Hotel side do not handle cancellations or refund for booking that was paid to expedia.

Maybe will reconsider to check in again....
Everything is ok except that for a two nights stay,it was quite bored. This is due to the TV system is not working. It was not inform prior to check in until we as guest raised the problem. The hotel should provide rate discount due to this situation.....

Hi we have a tnb incoming power surge on 03 jul night and tv booster was blowed out. We have replaced the faulty booster and now its working again.

Bilik agak sempit dengan ada tiang di tengah-tengah bilik. Bilik tiada tingkap, wayar tv berjuntai bahaya pd ank kecil. Sarapan bagus, bnyk pilihan.

Moderate but worthwhile
Nice exterior but the bed is dirty and not comfortable to sleep. The room and restroom is spacious. They provide toiletries and water bottle. We stayed at level 2- deluxe room.

I really dissapointed with the location bcoz never put the location properly. After I book oni I get to no it is at Masai. Better put the location at Masai not Johor bahru

Hi Sir.Mdm, The website have address and our hotel is under Johor Bahru City Hotel. The hotel is also licensed under Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru as we are indeed in Johor Bahru City Center.

The hotel lift card system not working well and so hard time to go up or coming down. The hotel staff are too busy body too.

Scan card 1-2 Seconds the lift will be activated once verify you are guest. If you do not hold a valid key card naturally if you need to access lift you need to provide ID. This is to provide security to all guest.

Newly renovated, yet to ready for stay. Water flow and temperature is not consistent, TV signal is not fixed, not signal at all. Bad sound proof as you can hear clearly kids crying whole night.

Just a decent stay. Don't expect much!
Receptionist was ok however the aircon in the room was really terrible. Told them a few times but all they said was the settings have to be right. settings were followed exactly but it was so warm. A.C. definitely needed servicing It was quite difficult to fall asleep because of the nearby karoke lounge

Amenities are well adequate. There's toothbrush&toothpaste, body wash and hair shampoo, rain shower, coffee & chinese tea, kettle, TV & DVD Player (with no dvd provided), hair dryer, iron & board, safe, and even a weight scale. A few Chinese restaurant and a bakery store within 5min walking distance. However, there's a bar few lots next to the hotel, can clearly hear the blasting at night, not recommended for light sleeper. Room is dirty and smelly, carpet looks old.

Pleasant stay at a relatively low cost!
Quite a pleasant stay throughout. the staffs were friendly and there's this elderly man who will be looking after the cars in the carpark every night. I felt safe parking my car there. the room is quite small but it's still quite cozy and comfortable. overall I would rate it a 4 :)
