Comfortable stay, room small but adequate, shame no fridge or kettle but we kmew this. Water dispensers on corridors. Great location, could walk old town in 10 mins. Other direction night market. Toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel but no.hand soap?!

Comfy room small but fine. Modern. Great location easy walking to old town main sights 10 mins and other direction to night markets 10 mins. Bit dusty round edges of room if you're hyper clean but general cleanliness fine. We stayed 2 nts longer and slept well. Great air con and ceiling fan

Relatively clean hotel. Basement carpark is good for those driving but it's an open carpark with no security. Dim sum from the restaurant right next to the hotel is delicious

Great location
Small but adequate relatively clean rooms. Only issue is no cleaning under the bed which is raised on higher legs.

Aircond & tv constantly turned on and off by itself. The switch board can be heard tripping all the time. The constant tripping is very annoying and irritating. This matter was informed to the staff but no action was taken. Apart from that, the shower drain is clogged. Appreciate more effort is taken to maintain the rooms.

Acceptable conditions in general for the room rate charged. Amenities limited. Just enough room for 2 carry on suitcases and just 4 hangers on wall. No chair. Double room is kind of small. Ok for just over night stay. However, it has good and inexpensive food around and walkable to sights.

Good job service! Hopefully the tv channel get more choice. Remember the first time I stayed was very good service and facility. However, the second time I stayed wasn’t as good as I thought. Hope get improved.

Comfortable hotel near attractions
This is a great little hotel. The staff let us check-in about an hour early, and also changed our room for the second night as there is a club next door (we were originally in 705), so it was extremely noisy until 1am! Request a room on the back side, further away from the club, and you won't have a problem (moved to 615). The location was good, it was close enough to walk to the main attractions and also within walking distance to the train/bus stations (around 1-1.5km). There is also a Sunday secondhand market, which has some amazing bargins and also fruit. The rooms are comfortable, a decent size, with a good shower, it had AC and also a comfortable bed. They also have water machines near the lifts, so you can refill your water bottles.

Get the good deal at below 100 and stay at the corner of 7th floor. however the party downstairs and restaurant nearby is waking u up for all night. If you get drunk might be the good option to have good night sleep. Unfortunately the sound can hear clearly and loudly.

Overall OK but hotel making false information
I have stayed at this hotel several times. And so far, it has been relatively fine until this latest booking. When I made the booking it stated "gift upon arrival". When I checked in, nothing of that sort so I asked receptionist who said no such thing. Then I showed what appears on Hotels.com website. The staff said he will check but he NEVER got back to me and said nothing when I checked out. Clearly showing no intention of helping but merely to get me off his back by saying he will check. Showing false impression of helping but clearly no intention to help So, I ended up writing to Hotels.com with this feedback to say I am so disappointed that Hotels.com allow and support such misrepresentation of information. Very disappointed. Although I was not expecting much from a gift but stating false information really spoils the stay at the hotel. How could you trust the hotel anymore?

Decent hotel but staff is terrible
People working at this hotel never smile, they must hate the job. I stayed for 3 nights, everyday have to remind them to replenish toilet paper, toiletries, drinking water bottles. The house keeping only does cleaning and the above must be at request. The walls seems old and cracking For extra pillow you need to put a deposit. No fridge in the room Tv programs all local channels- no movie channel. Sunday it’s noisy due to flea market.

Cheap hotel
The bed and towel is a bit greyish...(lucky me I did have my own blanket and I sleep on it) other than the greyish other is ok. The room is small but not a matter to me since I stay for only one night. With the price plus location you can’t expect much... it’s just a simple budget hotel. If you have car there are hotels that same price but better condition, it just further from town.
