We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

The staff are so kind and professional especially our concierge Leo who gave us outstanding service from the time we checked in to to last minute when we left for the airport.
