That charged my card 3 times and still taking time to fix this. I had to talk with them every day during my stay and had do start from the scratch every time. It seems they don’t share the problem within the team.

The hotel housekeeping should work better. The room was dirty. The body shampoo was empty when I got there, it was empty when I left, hahaha. Nobody checked. I guess it is a 4 star hotel the one in Talinn, so it is lower end 4 star. Worst value. The staff is not what you would typically experienced in other four stars in central Europe or USA, they are definetly not polite (spa and reception) they are also understaff, lines of check in and check out. Interesting point was, my reaervation said what is included and what is not included, but they asked additional daily use for the hotel pool.

The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was fantastic with an incredible shower, great ameneties and wonderful views of Tallinn. We had breakfast included and this was definitely the best buffet breakfast I have experienced. The staff are so efficient but you also feel really relaxed and not rushed. Food was fantastic and I couldn't fault it.

Best place in Tallin. Fabulous room. Emil at front desk was incredible. Called a car repair place for me. Helped me get checked in a bit early. Room was fabulous. Night clerk printed my tickets for the ferry. Great all around. Highly recommend.

I went to leave my bag at the hotel around midday. I did not expect a room to be available but I was given the option of paying €50 to check in early or I could upgrade to a better room for €50 which was available immediately. I politely declined but this was odd and set the stage for a very strange hotel experience. Things that I liked were the room and I had a lovely butter washed old fashioned in the bar on the first night. Subsequently I had this drink again on separate nights but they admitted the other batches of butter washed burbon were not very good and indeed it tasted like just a regular old fashioned. I do expect water to be replenished in the room every morning in a supposedly luxury hotel but this did not happen. I had to pay extra €15 to use the pool as apparently I got such a great rate. There is not hot tub here despite this being listed on the Expedia facilities. Now I could have forgiven all these forthcomings if the following incident hadn’t occurred. I can still barely believe it still. I was sent a message from the hotel front desk manager accusing me of soiling the shower and stating they would be adding a €50 cleaning charge to my bill. Obviously I was fuming at this accusation and went to see the named employee and was offered a free drinks voucher for the “misunderstanding”. I have travelled extensively all over the world and have never experienced a situation like this. Totally unacceptable to be making this communication to a guest

A modern, clean stay in Tallin.
A few members of staff at check in were very rude and unhelpful which meant our stay did not start very well. That being said, the hotel itself is good, the rooms are beautifully decorated, bed is exceptionally comfy and the amenities are great. Another great touch was how well our room was cleaned during our stay, making the room lovely to come back to. The location is very good, about a 12 minute walk to the centre of Tallin. My only issue was with the service we received at reception.

Excellent location, amazing food in the restaurant. Defiantly a must! We had an issue with poorly functioning air con which isn't usually an issue but on a warm day without it, the temperature in the room is significantly greater than the temperatures outside. We requested a visit from a service technician who told us to "close the curtains" when the issue was a faulty thermostat. We were moved later in the evening to a new room which was not comparable to the previous room but had working aircon. It was a hassle when we could have been moved earlier and had to deal with an uncomfortable room for a prolonged period of time. The hotel is well furnished and some of the rooms are wonderful. other rooms are positioned oddly in building and have narrow passage ways. I will definitely be back to the restaurant but I don't know if I will stay at the hotel again if I am in Tallin.

My favourite hotel in Tallinn! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I always sleep well in their beds. Breakfast is really tasty and varied, and staff are very friendly and attentive at all times. Some teeny tiny things don’t make it quite a 5* in my eyes compared to other European hotels at this level - hairdryers are a bit cheap and crappy, toilet seat slams down rather than being the slow close one, bathroom toiletries are the big pumps attached to the wall rather than being miniatures - but this is me just comparing against other 5* places elsewhere. I still love you Swissotel!

We had a stellar stay, kicked off with a superior check in process by our front desk agent, Emil. He was very warm and helpful. GORGEOUS bathroom, very nice bed and an amazing morning breakfast. The perfect place to come back to you after a long day of touring around. Highly recommend it.

Well appointed room and facilities with easy connections to old city and to the airport by bus. I just wished the pool and sauna didn't have a separate daily fee for using them. At a hotel of this category this seems like an unsophisticated way to charge guests extra fees.

The overall condition is very good. Although no opening window is an issue in the post pandemic era. Adding air purifiers to each room would be my recommendation.

Very Nice Hotel
Best hotel in Tallinn. Great location, rooms were first class. hotel restaurant and bar was exceptional. Within walking distance of old town and the newer shopping & dining areas of Tallinn. Would stay here every time I come to Tallinn.

Facilities, staff, location were all perfect. Taxis out front at all times. Next door is the multi-level Stockmann Department and Food store for anything you might need or want. The Old Town is a short walk and recommended.

Overpriced, false promises, unfriendly service
Only book if you want to be disappointed and ruin a stay in Tallinn. On the surface it seems like a luxury hotel, but the service and pricing strategy is that of a low-budget accomodation. The hotel pretends to include swimming pool, saunas and spa, however nothing is included in the price and there is NO mention anywhere about this. The receptionist at check-in told us that spa is not included and can be added for a fee, but gym, swimming pool and saunas are included. Arriving to the swimming pool/ sauna area, we are told in an extremely unfriendly tone that we need to pay extra to enter. We walk down to the reception desk to clarify the matter, only to be met with an extremely unfriendly receptionist who has no interests in the hotel clients' happiness. She shrugs the topic off and says in the most unfriendly manner that "you need to pay extra" even if only a few hours earlier when we checked in, we were told that swimming pool and saunas are included in our booking. The only positive thing with the hotel is a big hotelroom with a nice view over Tallinn. Breakfast was also generally good and both mornings we were met by a friendly man at the entrance of the Breakfast. However, our conclusion: choose this hotel if you want to feel ripped off and pay extra for everything.
